Accessible and Inclusive Legal Services for All

Our experienced Lawyers have specialist accreditations including the Law Society Children Law accreditation and Resolution accreditations in the areas of domestic abuse, private law children and complex financial remedies.

We provide quality legal advice and professional services at a fair cost. Whilst we do not offer routine free legal advice, we do have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency, and we are able to assess your eligibility for this government funded support that helps cover the cost of legal advice, family mediation and representation in Court. If your matter relates to the public law outline process or care proceedings and you are a parent of the subject child or have parental responsibility in respect of them, you will automatically be eligible for non-means and non-merits tested legal aid.

We will conduct the work we do for you in a professional, competent, expeditious and cost-effective way.

We are sensitive and caring in our approach and will try and achieve the best result for you whilst avoiding animosity wherever possible and looking after the interests of any children. We are committed to providing a proper standard of service, acting in our clients’ best interests, and ensuring our services are accessible and inclusive, in accordance with the SRA and Resolution Principles and Codes of Conduct. We are able to tailor our approach to best meet the needs of neurodivergent clients, clients with disabilities, vulnerable clients, clients suffering with poor mental health and clients that do not speak English as a first language. We ensure that all clients can fully and fairly engage with legal services.
